It has the same taste, color, and texture as the large, bone-in, salt-cured country hams but is ready to slice and serve. Perfect for today's busy schedules without sacrificing taste or quality. This ham makes up to 20 servings, or more than 100 biscuits! Best served by slicing paper thin to minimize the well-known saltiness of each delicious bite. (2-3 lbs., aged 4 to 6 months).
