Uncooked Country Virginia Ham

Felts smoked, pepper-coated, dry-cured hams deliver that coveted salty country ham taste. Once cooked, they make a beautiful dinner centerpiece or delicious sandwiches and ham biscuits (be sure to cut paper thin slices). Please refer to the back of the bag for important storage, cooking and preparation instructions (hams vary from 12 to 15 lbs). You may find mold on the outside of the ham which is completely normal for this type of ham. Shelf life is indefinitely if kept in cool, dry temperatures.
