Fresh New England blueberries are placed in the center and on top of this cake. These tart berries combined with a touch of pure New England maple syrup produce an incredible flavor you just can't resist. This cake is baked without walnuts and is certified Kosher. These cakes have a two week shelf life and one year in the freezer. The size is 8" and 1.75 lbs with 10 to 14 servings.
