FERIDIES will be closed Monday, December 24th to Wednesday, December 26th and will reopen on Thursday, December 27th. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST on Friday, December 21st will not ship until Thursday, December 27th.

Please fax a completed mail order catalog form to 757-653-9530. Do not confirm by mail or send more than once, as this may result in duplication of your order. All faxed orders will be confirmed with a fax or phone call. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call 866-732-6883.

Use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address. Our website allows you to take care of all of your gift giving in a single checkout. Please verify that all shipping addresses are complete, correct, and up-to-date. Remember to include any Apartment, Building, Suite, Room, or Floor numbers. Carriers charge us $13.40 for each incorrect and incomplete delivery address and these charges may be passed on to you.
By providing us your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been received and another one confirming your order has been shipped. The Order Confirmation e-mail will contain details about your order so you may verify the information is correct. If you do not receive the Order Confirmation email, either the order was not successfully submitted or the email address was incorrect. Please call 866-732-6883 immediately or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive the Order Confirmation email. The day the order ships, you will receive a summary copy confirming the order has shipped and copy of the credit card charge. If the package is shipped via UPS, you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number. Please call 866-732-6883 for the tracking number if shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Gift Messages for Retail Orders
If you are sending a gift, you can enter a gift message. We ask that you sign your name to the gift message because your name will not appear in any other place on the order. Your gift message will be printed on a card that is enclosed in a clear pouch that is affixed to the outside of the box (or inside the box for smaller packages). If a gift message is not provided, we will enclose the name of the Buyer unless otherwise instructed.
Virginia State Sales Tax for Retail Orders
The State of Virginia requires us to collect 2.5% sales tax on all retail orders placed by Virginia residents and from non-Virginia residents sending orders to Virginia addresses.
FERIDIES accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, including ATM cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. Credit cards are "Authorized" (i.e., verifies the number is valid and funds are available - creating a PENDING transaction) at the time the order is received (even if the order is scheduled to ship at a later date). However, credit cards are not "Charged" (i.e., funds are withdrawn creating a FINAL transaction) until the order ships. We also accept checks and money orders made payable to FERIDIES. When paying by check, please allow 2 weeks for checks to clear. Please do not send cash.

Occasionally when a certain product or packaging is temporarily unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar product of equal or greater value to ensure the package is received in a timely manner. Retail Customers may request substitutions in our gift assortments, but additional time may be needed for delivery and the price may change accordingly.
We are proud of our products and stand behind their quality. We want all of our customers and the gift recipients to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the quality of one of our products, simply return it within 30 days with a note explaining why. We will gladly replace the item or refund your money.
