Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from Virginia, Monday through Friday. FERIDIES® does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days of receipt. Please verify all shipping addresses are correct, current and include any Apartment, Building, Suite, Room or Floor numbers. FERIDIES® is not responsible for late, lost, stolen or spoiled shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipments will incur additional charges. UPS charges us $18.00 for each incorrect and incomplete address even though the package is delivered. These charges could be billed to you so please confirm the recipient has not moved and the address is correct and complete. Please also indicate if the Shipping Address is Residential or Commercial. Only if Commercial, please include the Company Name. UPS may not deliver the package if the Company name and Suite or Floor is not provided. Businesses operating out of a home are not considered Commercial.

Please call 800-544-0896 if you are concerned about your order arriving on a particular date. When checking out, an ESTIMATED Arrival Date Range will be calculated based on the Shipping State, Shipping Method and Shipping Date requested.

Standard Ground Shipping Services

FERIDIES® uses UPS Ground Service and USPS Priority Mail for standard delivery. Orders are typically delivered within 1-8 days depending on your distance from Virginia. We will do our best to deliver your order as close as possible to your requested or estimated arrival date, but cannot guarantee a specific date with Ground Shipping Services. Premium Ground (2-7 days) and Continental Expedited (2-3 days) Shipping Services are available to guarantee delivery on a specific date. However, weather and heavy volume can cause unavoidable delays. Please consider requesting your order be delivered earlier, especially during the holidays.

USPS Priority Mail

Orders to P.O. Boxes, Military Addresses (APO/FPO), Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. USPS shipping services are not expedited shipping services. Exact delivery timeframes are unknown and inconsistent. USPS says it typically takes 2 to 7 days for delivery or longer.

UPS Standard Shipping Rates

Unlike many others, FERIDIES® does not hide shipping charges in the price of each product. Be careful of companies offering FREE SHIPPING all of the time. That means you are paying shipping charges for each product you add to your shopping cart. At FERIDIES®, shipping charges are in addition to the product prices and are based on the Regular Merchandise Total - before tax and discounts are applied - PER DELIVERY ADDRESS. This method saves you money in the long run, when purchasing multiple items. The Basic Rates listed below apply to Street Addresses in the continental U.S.

USPS Shipping Rates

USPS Priority Mail shipping rates will be based on the weight of the package and the destination address. The shipping charge calculated on the website is an ESTIMATION only. That shipping charge may be adjusted once the actual weight of the package has been determined. Flat Rate or Regional Boxes will be used if determined to be more economical. International Shipping

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Orders shipped to International addresses must be placed by calling our toll free number 800-544-0896. The shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination address, and the preferred carrier (UPS or USPS). FERIDIES® website does not accept international shipping addresses nor does it calculate shipping based on the weight of the package.
